Vincent Narang - Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder
Mr. Narang is Chief Executive Officer, Secretary and a director of Green Rise. He is also a director of Capri Capital Corp and Capital Leasing Investment Corp., privately owned companies with investments in multi-tenant residential real estate, commercial lands and retail centres. Mr. Narang was previously President and Chief Executive Officer of National Manganese Corp, a company involved in the exploration of Manganese assets. Prior to this he served as Director of Global Business Development, International Tax at Arthur Andersen LLP, a U.S. based international accounting firm. Mr. Narang also previously held the position of Vice-President of Business Development at KPMG, LLP, an international accounting firm.
Rick Paolone - Director and Co-Founder
For more than 32 years, Rick has consulted and advised and some of the leading portfolio managers in both Canada and the USA. He specializes in identifying high-growth emerging companies. Mr. Paolone most recently was the Executive Vice President and founding partner of Haywood Capital Markets Division, and is the former Branch Manager of the Toronto Office. Mr. Paolone holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation as well as degrees in Economics and Finance.
George Hatzoglou - Chief Financial Officer
George brings nearly 22 years of financial experience in accounting and financial control in the Agriculture and Banking Industry Segments in both private and public sectors. George is a CPA, CA. He obtained his Honours Bachelor of Commerce at McMaster University in 1998. He spent his first seven years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the audit and assurance practice. From 2005 to 2018, he served in various accounting, finance and technology roles at BMO and in 2018, he joined Triple A Cheese as their Chief Financial Officer.
Adam Suder - Chief Growth Officer
Mr. Suder is responsible for all aspects of range operations. As one of the most experienced growers in the industry, Adam has successfully grown and managed over 200 acres of greenhouse produce with a variety of crops, from tomatoes to peppers to cucumbers and more. Adam is the expert grower when it comes to maximizing crop yields while maintaining the absolute top quality produce for our customers.
Mark Benadiba - Director
Mr. Benadiba currently sits on the board of Green Rise and sat on the board of Cott Corporation (TSX: BCB) a global provider of private label carbonated soft drinks, from May 2017 until 2018. Mr. Benadiba served as executive VicePresident, North American Operations, of Cott Corporation from 1996 until 2006. Mr. Benadiba held several roles during his tenure at Cott from 1990 through 2006, including Executive Vice President and President of Cott Canada from 1990 to 1998. Previously, Mr. Benadiba was a Senior Executive of Pepsi/Seven-Up, Toronto/Canada (a division of Seven-Up Canada Inc.). He has served on Cott’s board since June 2008 and was also Executive Chairman of POET Technologies Inc. (TSXV: PTK) from June 2012 to July 2014.
