Vincent Narang - Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder
Mr. Narang is a business executive with deep experience in professional services business development and retention. He served as Director, Global Business Development, International Tax at Arthur Andersen LLP, a U.S. based international accounting firm. Mr. Narang also held the position of Vice-President, Business Development at KPMG LLP. Mr. Narang is Chief Executive Officer, Secretary and a director of Green Rise as well as a director of Capri Capital Corp and Capital Leasing Investment Corp., privately owned investment companies with investments in multi-tenant residential real estate, commercial lands and retail centers. Mr. Narang was previously President and Chief Executive Officer of National Manganese Corp, a company involved in the exploration of manganese assets.
Mark Benadiba - Director
Mr. Benadiba currently sits on the board of Green Rise and sat on the board of Cott Corporation (TSX: BCB) a global provider of private label carbonated soft drinks, from May 2017 until 2018. Mr. Benadiba served as executive VicePresident, North American Operations, of Cott Corporation from 1996 until 2006. Mr. Benadiba held several roles during his tenure at Cott from 1990 through 2006, including Executive Vice President and President of Cott Canada from 1990 to 1998. Previously, Mr. Benadiba was a Senior Executive of Pepsi/Seven-Up, Toronto/Canada (a division of Seven-Up Canada Inc.). He has served on Cott’s board since June 2008 and was also Executive Chairman of POET Technologies Inc. (TSXV: PTK) from June 2012 to July 2014.
Lal Narang - Director
Lal Narang received his Certified Management Accountant certification from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants in 1974. Mr. Narang worked in the oil and gas industry for over 40 years a focusing on natural gas marketing and is an expert in transportation rates and tariffs. He is the President of Capital Leasing Investment Corp. and Capri Capital Corp., privately owned investment companies with investments in multi-tenant residential real estate, commercial lands and retail centers. For 12 years, he was the President and Chair of Canex Energy Inc., a company engaged in the exploration and development of oil and natural gas reserves in Alberta and Saskatchewan, Canex was ultimately sold to (TSX) CPG. Mr. Narang also served for two years as Chair of Canex Energy Ltd. He also previously served as a director of Vivione Biosciences Inc. (TSXV) from July 2011 to November 2015 and Production Enhancement Group, Inc. from November 2005 to October 2009. Mr. Narang served as a commissioner on the Alberta Stock Exchange where he served to ensure that those participating in the public markets adhered to its regulations.
Matthew Tatomir - Chief Operating Officer
Matthew Tatomir is the President and a director of Bull Market. As president, Mr. Tatomir oversees a large number of employees who are directly involved in the cultivation and processing of Bull Market’s produce on a daily basis, which includes Master Grower Frank Peters, who has 24 years of cultivation experience. In addition, Mr. Tatomir is in constant communication with key area leads including Production Management, Labour Management and the Facilities Manager. The on-staff Agronomist provides Mr. Tatomir with daily/hourly updates on the health and maintenance requirements of Bull Market’s bearer plants. Furthermore, Mr. Tatomir is in constant communication with experienced agricultural consultants that visit and provide insight on latest and best practice methods of operation.
Scott Linnell - Chief Financial Officer
Scott Linnell, a director and employee of Bull Market, has decades of business management experience combined with formal education, having honed his finance and management skill-set through his MBA in Business Management. Mr. Linnell has approximately 25 years experience in various finance positions in the corporate world. Mr. Linnell currently owns and oversees operations at multiple private companies and has been involved in agriculture farming for the last few years. Mr. Linnell also manages a team of growers and farming professionals with support from top consultants, working closely with hand-selected managers, supervisors, and staff to ensure stringent financial control, tracking to key performance indicators in meeting vegetable yield targets, course correcting processes as needed, and operating in conjunction with adopted marketing partner programs/policies that have proven paths to compliance and success.

Rick Paolone - CFA, Co-Founder
For more than 32 years, Rick has consulted and advised and some of the leading portfolio managers in both Canada and the USA. He specializes in identifying high-growth emerging companies. Mr. Paolone most recently was the Executive Vice President and founding partner of Haywood Capital Markets Division, and is the former Branch Manager of the Toronto Office. Mr. Paolone holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation as well as degrees in Economics and Finance.
Dean Braunsteiner - Advisor to the board
Dean Braunsteiner is a retired PricewaterhouseCoopers audit partner where he led PwC Canada’s National Mining Practice and National IPO Services Team. He has 25+ years of experience in providing clients with assurance and consulting services in the mining, agriculture and industrial products industries. Throughout his career Dean has worked extensively with management of global public companies listed both in Canada and in the US on financial reporting and corporate financing matters. He has also actively provided advice and training to public company Board of Directors on topics such as corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings.
Jerry Mancini - Advisor to the board
Jerry Mancini currently acts as President, VP and General Manager of Dole Packaged Foods, LLC, one of the largest agricultural multinational corporations in the world. Mr. Mancini has over 24 years experience working alongside managing directors to facilitate operations in North America, as well as global expansion initiatives into Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Vito Galifi - Advisor to the board
Vito Galifi, a director of Bull Market, has been involved in developing and managing commercial property developments for over 30 years. Mr. Galifi has been involved in several businesses in the Essex County region both actively and as a passive investor, and otherwise is active in the charitable community in the Windsor area.
